Harriett joined Rio as a business analyst at the end of 2022. She brings experience working on a busy IT helpdesk and extensive experience as a business analyst within a large charity. Her skill set means she’s in a great position to help our clients understand the root cause of their pain points, and find the most efficient solutions. In her spare time Harriett enjoys astronomy, video games and live music.
