Erin joined Rio at the beginning of 2023. She is a lean six sigma ‘green belt’ and has 10 years experience in business analysis. Erin has worked as an analyst across many industries including FMCG, Legal, B2B sales, Retail and Finance; using tools and techniques across different disciplines and methodologies. She is a whizz at all things process, thoroughly enjoys running workshops and is looking forward to building knowledge within the software development world. In her spare time, she enjoys road trips, camping, hiking, watersports, painting (badly), fantasy fiction, sci-fi and, learning new things.
