Geoffrey joined Rio in 2023 as an Advisory Engineer. He comes to us with a background in the mining and banking sectors where he held roles as an IT manager and a Specialist consultant in Physical Security Information Management.
Jill has been in the IT industry since it was called ‘Computer Science’ and PC’s were the work of science fiction. Jill has a wealth of experience within IT, most recently as an IT manager, as well as operating helpdesks at corporate levels. Outside of work she is DIY self-building a house, keeps horses and loves to read.
Originally from South Africa, Justin had been working in the IT industry since 2018 after completing anapprenticeship. He has worked as part of helpdesks in businesses from small enterprises to international businesses. He loves to help people and to learn new things at the same time, and is hoping to learn as much as he can at Rio on top of his existing knowledge Outside of work he loves to go hiking, to the gym and take part in competitive gaming/esports tournaments
Russell has been working in the IT support industry since 2015 and joined Rio in the winter of 2020. Russell is a systems engineer and hopes to develop his IT knowledge alongside his existing troubleshooting skills. Outside of work Russell enjoys spending time with his family, walks along the seaside and bowling.
Killian has over 18 years of experience within the field of IT and joined RIO IT in the autumn of 2020. Killian is a system engineer developing alternate solutions depending on the specified requirements. Outside of work Killian enjoys keeping fit, good food and seeing friends and family.
Daniel has been working in the IT support industry since 2012 working his way up from an apprenticeship. Over this time Daniel has developed troubleshooting skills in the areas of hardware, software and networking. Joining Rio in the summer of 2018 Daniel hopes to progress his career in IT by developing his existing troubleshooting skills while learning about emerging technologies that can help benefit Rio’s clientele.
Conor joined Rio in 2015 as a helpdesk engineer. In his time with us, Conor has worked his way up through the business, earning his formal qualifications along the way. His wealth of IT experience means he is in a perfect position to help you find and address any gaps in your IT strategy. Conor’s main focus is on researching, developing, and adapting our solutions, so our clients can rest assured the services they’re getting are best suited for their needs.
Tim oversees support tickets and ensures SLAs are upheld. He also oversees preventative or security risks that clients should be made aware of.
David has over 14 years’ experience delivering IT projects and providing technical support for clients. He has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from UEA. His work interests include AWS deployments and VoIP telephony systems, and he’s always happy to be given a new challenge to tackle. David is Microsoft and AWS certified. Outside of work he has a young family and particularly enjoys photography, drone flying, and cars.
