Russell

Russell

Russell has been working in the IT support industry since 2015 and joined Rio in the winter of 2020. Russell is a systems engineer and hopes to develop his IT knowledge alongside his existing troubleshooting skills. Outside of work Russell enjoys spending time with his family, walks along the seaside and bowling.

Killian

Killian has over 18 years of experience within the field of IT and joined RIO IT in the autumn of 2020. Killian is a system engineer developing alternate solutions depending on the specified requirements. Outside of work Killian enjoys keeping fit, good food and seeing friends and family.

John

John has many years of IT and engineering experience, and works installing and troubleshooting hardware and software. His main focus is on improving the IT experience for clients and end-users. He is competent within all aspects of IT support from Windows client workstations right through to the comms room servers and network infrastructure, including cabling. Outside of work he enjoys exploring the country with an interest in ancient sites.

Max

Max studied IT for 2 years to become a junior engineer. After 6 years of experience, he now works as a senior engineer in all areas of IT ranging from cabling to server troubleshooting. When he is not surfing the web, he can be found at sea, surfing the waves.

Silas

Silas joined the IT industry in 2019, as an IT apprentice learning and using his knowledge of IT every day. He enjoys working with IT hardware and is passionate about building and upgrading systems. As the apprentice, he’s in charge of teas and coffees, and outside of work he’s a big fan of the technology behind video games, and Knuckles from Sonic.

Dan

Daniel has been working in the IT support industry since 2012 working his way up from an apprenticeship. Over this time Daniel has developed troubleshooting skills in the areas of hardware, software and networking. Joining Rio in the summer of 2018 Daniel hopes to progress his career in IT by developing his existing troubleshooting skills while learning about emerging technologies that can help benefit Rio’s clientele.

Conor

Conor joined Rio in 2015 as a helpdesk engineer. In his time with us, Conor has worked his way up through the business, earning his formal qualifications along the way.  His wealth of IT experience means he is in a perfect position to help you find and address any gaps in your IT strategy. Conor’s main focus is on researching, developing, and adapting our solutions, so our clients can rest assured the services they’re getting are best suited for their needs.

Tim

Tim oversees support tickets and ensures SLAs are upheld. He also oversees preventative or security risks that clients should be made aware of.

David

David has over 14 years’ experience delivering IT projects and providing technical support for clients. He has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from UEA. His work interests include AWS deployments and VoIP telephony systems, and he’s always happy to be given a new challenge to tackle. David is Microsoft and AWS certified. Outside of work he has a young family and particularly enjoys photography, drone flying, and cars.
